Happy New Year!

I just want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year!

Though many people see the start of a new year as a time to make big changes in their lives, I want to remind you that you can change every single day when you wake up. You don't have to wait to make a difference in your life . . . or in other's lives.

If you have to make a resolution, then resolve to live in the moment.

Technology can wait. Your texts can wait. Facebook can wait. Television can wait.

But your family and friends want you to be WITH them, in the moment.

Don't miss out on their lives because you were too busy to take a few minutes away from your phone, or whatever, to focus on them.

Food for thought.
