Lost My Mojo

Mojo Jojo
Have you ever felt like you've lost your mojo?
No, not Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff Girls.

Just plain mojo, as in losing my Austin Power's mojo, my groove, my swag, my intune ability, my positivity, etc.

I could go on and on, but without mojo it's becoming a problem.

Now that I've identified my lost mojo, I need to find some way to find it again.

--because if I can't find my mojo all will be lost. I'll simply be an Austin Powers wannabe with bad teeth and no ability to beat the bad guys.

I'll stop blogging. I'll stop writing. I'll simply float by on life instead of being IN the groove. I need to find my inner harmony. My ying yang

I don't know the answer, which is part of the problem.

I'm a Virgo, we're practical, we like to analyze to resolve issues, and I just can't figure this funk out.

Oh, well, maybe next week will be better for me.

I hope so because I really want to write that med-rom chapter and finish editing TROLL to get both those items off my plate.

Maybe I just need to disconnect for awhile and reconnect with the humanoids around me.

When I do find my mojo, I'll be back.

Later, Peeps!

  1. Maybe you need to pack your bags and head down to my house for a few days.

  2. Or develop some new candy flavors. I'd be happy to be your taste teseter. I still have a few pairs of big jeans. :)

In my margarita book, the herine's big indulgence is candy ordered every month from a little artisanal candymaker named Margaret in Tulsa.

  3. Two words: Vision board. It'll help you find your mojo and get you re-focused more effectively than anything else you can do.

When your thoughts are confused, you invite more of the same in to your life. It's the law of attraction. Note the word LAW. What we put out, we get back. Period. There's no way around it.

I made a vision board for myself recently, because I was fully out of mojo myself. It's refocused me and made me excited and hopeful and turned things around in my life.

Sitting around waiting for your mojo to return won't work.

If you'd like to know more about vision boards and/or would like to see a photo of mine, email me.

  5. Don't think that I'm not thinking about it, Cyndi! Ray-Ray is gone to camp June 10-15 and you might find me sitting on your doorstep!

Thanks, Marilyn. Your comment made me laugh! I love being characters in other people books.
--BTW, I've been thinking about a CHIPOLTE CARAMEL. A little chocolate covered heat, maybe?

Thanks, Jody, I sent you a note.

  8. Caramel ANYTHING works for me.

Hey, while sitting at a train crossing yesterday, Bob and I both noticed one of the many, many cars with the usual tagger art on it, in this case, the very artistically done word MOJO. Maybe it's yours? Heading east on BNSF.

  9. I need to play around with the caramel idea, Marilyn. My weight watcher leader saw my post and told me to step away from the kitchen!

I need a name and logo to call my chocolates, maybe it needs to be Mag's Mojo. :-)
